It lets the AI read from that system, tickets, assets, subscriptions, and it surfaces the Agent Tools built for it, so the AI has something to act with, not just look at.
You don't need every integration connected to start. Connect the ones tied to your daily ticket flow first, your PSA and documentation system, then Microsoft 365 and your RMM, and add the rest as you need them.
