The Skills Library is where Uniportal publishes Skills built for specific tool stacks, ready for any MSP to import instead of writing one from scratch. Find one built for your PSA and RMM combination, import it with one click, then check it against how you actually work before it touches a real ticket.
Finding a Skill
The library is built to be filtered, not browsed end to end.
- Tools: narrow to Skills built around the tools you actually have connected. A Skill written for a PSA you don't run isn't useful to you, no matter how good it is.
- Tags: category-level grouping, like onboarding, offboarding, or license procurement.
- Keywords: search directly if you already know roughly what you're after.
Importing a Skill
Find one built for your stack
Filter by the tools you have connected so you're only looking at Skills that will actually work on your tenant.
Import it
Select Import to add it to your tenant. It comes in as a draft, not live, so nothing runs against a real ticket until you've reviewed it.
Review, edit, and test it
Read through the title, description, trigger phrases, instructions, and things to avoid, and adjust anything that doesn't match how your firm actually operates. Then test it against a real ticket before trusting it in production. See Creating good Skills for how.
Why review before you trust it
A library Skill is written for a stack in general, Kevin in accounting needing a new Microsoft 365 license provisioned looks the same on paper at every MSP. It doesn't know your specific approval chain, which contact should be looped in, or the tone you use with your customers. Those are the parts you fill in.
Imported doesn't mean tested
Importing a Skill only gets the words into your tenant. It hasn't been checked against your customers, your integrations, or your approval chain. Review, edit, and test it the same as any Skill you'd write yourself before you let it touch a live ticket.
